Light Crane System

Description:

A light crane system is a small capacity (lift weight <3 tons) material handling system used to lift and move loads in various industrial environments. It’s more flexible and cost-effective for smaller workshops, factories or production lines.

These are many types of light crane systems to suit limited space or where flexibility and quick installation are needed. They are commonly used in small warehouses, assembly lines, and workshops for lifting and transporting materials within a defined area. They can be KBK crane, suspension crane, jib crane, wall crane, portable crane, etc.

Different Types:

  • KBK Crane: The KBK crane system is a lightweight material handling solution, featuring either two straight rails or a suspended curved monorail track. It is equipped with a FEM/DIN standard chain hoist, offering a lifting capacity ranging from 100kg to 3t.

  • Suspension Crane: The suspension crane consists of a main girder, end carriage, electric hoist, and an electric control system. It is a lightweight lifting solution known for being cost-effective, practical, and easy to operate. Suspension cranes are commonly used in shops, factories, warehouses, steel industry workshops, and material storage areas for lifting various objects.

  • Floor Standing Jib Crane: A floor-standing jib crane is a light-duty lifting device mounted on a floor foundation, with the pillar foot securely bolted to the ground. It consists of a pillar, jib arm, lifting hoist, and a rotation mechanism. This crane is commonly used in workshops, warehouses, retail spaces, and laboratories for short-distance material handling with Capacity: 250kg ~ 3 Tons

  • Portable Gantry Crane: The portable gantry crane, or hand-push gantry crane. It is primarily designed for handling loads up to 3 tons, making it ideal for applications where overhead cranes are not feasible. Featuring a unique modular design, this crane can be easily disassembled into multiple components, ensuring convenient transportation.

  • Wall Traveling Jib Crane: The wall-traveling jib crane operates along rail tracks mounted on walls or other supporting structures. The rail track is typically installed on a concrete support column or a steel beam within the building. The crane can move longitudinally along the track, while the electric hoist is capable of horizontal movement along the jib arm and vertical lifting.

  • Wall Fixed Jib Crane: The wall-fixed jib cranes are installed on walls or steel support beams for efficient short-distance material handling in workshops, warehouses, factories, production lines, and more. They require no floor space and can be easily folded to allow clearance for other overhead cranes. This design provides ample clearance both beneath and above the boom for improved accessibility.

  • Articulated Jib Crane: This jib crane is an intelligent crane with articulated folding arm. It consists of a column, main arm, articulated folding arm, and an advanced servo-driven electric hoist. The main arm can rotate around the column, while the folding arm rotates around the main arm, both with manual control. The electric hoist’s pick-up device can be fitted with accessories such as spreaders, clamps, or suction cups.
