Conductor Rail System

Description:

A crane conductor rail system is actually the electrical power supply system used for cranes or hoists. It provides power to cranes by using a mounted rail that runs along the crane's travel path, often on an overhead structure. The whole system basically includes the conductor rail, current collector, safety measures and accessories such as brackets, clamps, etc.

Different Types:​

  • Single pole Conductor: This conductor has a high current, stable operation, and is suitable for various cranes, especially large tonnage bridge cranes. According to different material, single pole conductor can be classified into aluminum, copper, and copper&aluminum composite, etc. And there are different models based on the current capacity, such as QYH-200, QYH-320, QYH-400, etc.

  • Multipole Conductor: Multipole conductor has a small current carrying capacity and is mainly used for maintenance purposes. Its material is mainly copper bars, with different models and specifications depending on the cross-sectional area of the conductor and the magnitude of the current.

  • Steel Conductor: This type of conductor has strong impact resistance and is suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions such as high temperature, high dust, strong corrosion, etc. The material of the steel conductor includes copper&steel composite and steel&aluminum composite, and there are different models according to the cross-sectional area of the conductor, such as QYT-85, QYT-100, QYT-120, etc.

  • Multipole Tube Conductor: This type conductor is also commonly used in cranes, and its material is mainly copper bars. There are different specifications according to the cross-sectional area of the conductor and the current size.

  • Seamless Conductor: It is suitable for bridge cranes under 5 tons, with the characteristics of easy installation and fast speed.
